The idea behind EcoFuel

In the age of a climate disaster we have developed the perfect fuel for your wood/ multi-fuel burner and also the environment.

Ecofuel is made out of 100% wood waste, consisting of seasoned timber offcuts and shavings, which are compressed into dense briquettes.

The wood used is FSC certified which means that the offcuts come from a sustainable source.  Compressing the wood waste means the briquettes burn at a higher temperature and for longer compared to normal firewood.

As the wood offcuts come from a joinery this means that all the wood used is of a moisture content below 14%, this decreases the amount of smoke pollution as the more moisture in the firewood the more smoke it produces.

For these reasons EcoFuel is more efficient and better for the environment compared to normal firewood.
